When will I receive my gallery or images?

Turnaround is 2 to 5 weeks from date of photoshoot but typically has been delivered between 48 hours and 7 days. If we expect to be longer than 14 days, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. If we are unable to deliver within 5 weeks, we can offer a session fee refund upon request. However, no images will be available for download or print.

What if it rains or weather is not ideal?

For outdoor sessions we strive to review weather conditions ahead of time and offer rescheduling options, however in the case that the weather changes on us or we are unable to reschedule we will look for options where some protection from weather is available or move to an indoor alternative location. Session refund minus any deposits can be offered if we are unable to reschedule.

How many images will be available?

All paid sessions will have at least 3 to 5 times as many images to choose from based on your package. For example, any session where 10 images are offered you will be able to choose from at least 30 to 50+ images for your final choices. Typically, more are delivered with different crop options including Black and White versions. Your gallery will also be available to you for additional digital images, prints and wall art for at least another 90 days from date of the shoot.

What if I don’t like any of my images?

In the unlikely event none of the images delivered meet your expectations and approval we will work with you on what editing changes we can make and offer some adjustments based on your feedback. However, if you are still unsatisfied, we will offer a reshoot for the same session or a full refund of the session fee minus any deposits. However, no images will be available for download or print.

Do you share any of my images?

Your contract does allow us to use images for our portfolio, but absolutely no personal information will ever be released. If you prefer complete privacy for any or all your images just be sure to let us know. Boudoir images will only be used with specific permission for each image.

Are we able to make requests or changes to the edits of images?

Yes, but this is limited to basic editing only. Any extensive edits that require additional tools or significant time will be billable at our current hourly rates or our per image editing rates. Please request this and we can discuss in more detail.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Depending on our availability we can book as short as 48 hours but typically we ask for 14 days minimum. Weekends tend to be the busiest, so we suggest you book those days as far ahead as possible. We are able to book as far as 6 months in advance.
